Find out how to become part of the STORM!

Philadelphia Storm Volleyball

Who is Philadelphia Storm? Storm is  a Junior National  Volleyball Club  based in Downingtown Pennsylvania . We were founded on the belief that  Trust, Honesty , and Commitment go a long way when working with young athletes  and supportive parents.  The trust we have  earned from the volleyball community allows us to  help players  in their current playing and life goals as well as their  future college goals. The honesty we instill with parents and players from the first time we meet, allows us to foster great relationships with the families that decide to play with our club.  These families know we have their  daughters best interest at heart and that  builds upon the trust we need to have  with each other.  The commitment comes from all of us involved, players, parents, coaches and directors. We are all committed to providing unparalleled,  nurturing environments that enables our young athletes to unlock their full potential and grow to become strong young ladies off the court.

Developmental areas: All-skills with focused instruction on "key" mechanics.

Teaching Philosophy: Philly Storm uses key teaching principles to assist players in their personal development.

We believe that time spaced instruction provides players with reinforcement over a period of weeks.

Simple stated, its better for a player to have focused practice multiple days per week over an extended period of time (four- six weeks) than a week long camp.

For example, day long camp sessions take their toll on players.

We want players fresh and prepared for new learning so we prefer multi day two or three hour long clinics.

Players are better able to master new techniques during this time without the fear of exhaustion leading to diminishing returns as the day wears on.
